Available: microwave, washing machine, fiber WI-FI, TV, sheets, towels, fans, hairdryer, basic cooking facilities, etc.
Space
Apartment located on the twelfth floor (with elevator) consisting of
- 2 large double bedrooms;
- 1 single room;
- 1 dining room/living room with comfortable double sofa bed;
- 1 separate kitchen;
- 1 bathroom with shower.
It can accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people, 2 of whom will have to use the sofa bed located in the living room (see photo).
For hot bathroom water there is a 100 liter hot water storage tank.
Only the kitchen sink is not reached by hot water.

Access for guests
Check-in is after 6pm but we need to know the precise arrival time in order to organize ourselves.
If we can, we can meet your needs upon AGREEMENT when you make the booking (and compatibly with our commitments) and EXACT communication of the arrival time.
ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL WE ASK YOU TO CONFIRM THE AGREED TIME TO ALLOW US TO BEST ORGANIZE YOUR CHECK-IN :-)
Other things to keep in mind
It is recommended not to use several electrical appliances at the same time, considering the presence of the electric water heater.
Unbooked rooms are closed.
If you book for:
- 1 or 2 people, "Double bedroom 1" will be made available (see photo);
- 3 or 4 people: "Double bedroom 1" and "Double bedroom 2" will be made available (see photo);
- 5 people: "Double room 1" and "Double room 2" and "single room (see photo) will be made available;
- over 6 people: "Double room 1" and "Double room 2" + "single room" will be made available, additional bed in one of the two double bedrooms, sofa bed in the living room (see photo).
If you want a room per person (max 3 people), you must notify us in advance and pay a supplement.
